HappyTap NFC Necklace

Share your world with one tap. The HappyTap necklace has a built-in NFC chip in the pendant. Hold a phone to it and your website, social profile, contact details or any link you choose opens instantly. There's no app to install for the person tapping, no QR code and no battery.

How to set it up

1. Download the free NFC Tools app.
2. Open Write, then Add a record, and choose what you want to share, such as a URL.
3. Hold your phone to the pendant to save it.
4. Tap it on any phone to test.

Shipping

• Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days of payment.
• Delivery takes around 4 to 7 days after your order is placed.
• You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships [with tracking details, if available].
• Delivery times are estimates. Delays can happen with couriers, public holidays or remote areas.
• Please check that your delivery address is correct at checkout. We can't redirect a parcel after it has shipped.
• Shipping cost: flat rate / calculated at checkout].

Returns

We want you to love your HappyTap. If something isn't right, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition you received them.
• To start a return, email us at happytapbusiness@gmail.com with your order number and a short description. NOTE: We do not accept returns if your phone does not support NFC technology, hence we have a device compatible section above our product listings for your conventions. 
• Once we receive and check the item, we'll refund the original payment method / offer an exchange within [7] business days.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer  unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or damaged items: If your necklace arrives damaged or the chip doesn't work, contact us within [7] days with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you.

Not covered: Damage from misuse, chemical damage, or normal wear. Because the chip is rewritable, we can't be responsible for content you or someone else has programmed onto it.

Keep it looking great

• This product is 100% waterproof resulting that swimming, showering, exercising and sleeping with it on won't affect the NFC chip, chain or pendant in any manner.
• This product cannot be affected from perfume, lotion, hair spray, bleach and cleaning products.
• Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth after wearing for best performance.
• This product does not lose colour or gain scratches from mixing with any other jewellery or continuous wearing.
• For a deep clean, use a soft damp cloth with a little mild soap, then dry fully straight away.

Protect the NFC chip

• Avoid heavy pressure on the pendant.
• Tap the blue stone of the pendant on the back top left or centre of your phone, where the NFC antenna is. If it doesn't respond straight away, move it slowly across the phone.
• NFC needs to be switched on in your phone settings. Some phones need the screen unlocked.
• If you reprogram it, use the NFC Tools app and keep the pendant still against the phone until it confirms the write.
• Avoid strong magnets near the pendant.
